Keeping your daughter warm
Younger baby girls are not used to
regulating their body temperature so shivers and sweats are quite common. The
best way to judge what clothing your girl needs is to feel his back – it should
be warm, not cool and not hot. You can then add or remove layers as needed. The
safest temperature range for your baby’s nursery is between 16°C and 20°C. Buy
a thermometer if you’re unsure.
Washing your little girl’s geometric
smocked dress
Keeping
a fresh geometric
smocked dress clean and ready can be a task in itself. With food
messes, nappy leaks and all the rest, washing can pile up quickly and before
you know it, you’re surrounded! It is manageable – the main challenge is just
getting a routine in
place.
When washing your angel’s dresses, choose a gentle washing liquid to avoid irritating sensitive skin.
Then, when washing things such as swaddles and towels, you can add in a bit of
gentle softener so that they come out extra soft for baby girl’s skin.
